Are there gender requirements for the Services?

Our services are centered around the lived experiences of women, therefore we serve people who identify as a woman.

Are there age requirements for the services?

We typically serve adult women over the age of 18 however, we will always consider girls under the age of 18.

How does someone get started?

Getting started is easy. Complete this form.

What does the intake look like?

Intakes entail two questionnaires. The first one is for general information, and we complete it together. The second one is focused on the 8 dimensions of wellness, and can be completed together or by yourself. These two questionnaires lay the groundwork for your wellness plan.

What happens after the intake?

After the intake, our team provides your information to you in the form of a wellness plan, in whichever format you prefer. Then, we move forward based on your goals derived from your wellness plan.
