Are there gender requirements for the Services?

Our services are built off the lived experiences of women, therefore we serve people who identify as a woman.

Are there age requirements for the services?

We typically serve adult women over the age of 18 however, we always consider girls under the age of 18.

How does someone get started?

Getting started is easy. Complete this form.

What does the intake look like?

Intakes entail two questionnaires. The first one is for basic information that we complete together. The second one can be completed together or by yourself – this details how often or not often you do activities that fall into the 8 dimensions of wellness.
